I think he’s just done to be honest. Certainly with international football at any rate.

Can we start a campaign to ban ITV from showing England games. Two games on the BBC and two good performances. One on ITV and we play badly. It is not just this world cup. Look back over previous tournaments and there is the same pattern. I truly think ITV should be banned from showing England games

He’s done, been poor for a while. Can still pull off a set piece, but in normal play I’ve not seen him do anything for ages (and the Mrs makes me watch all their games we can).

Never mind two games, he’s been like it for 2 years. Ideally they’d move on, but there’s nobody to move on to. Their next best option is Kiefer, so say no Moore.

Bale and Ramsey are pretty much done. Johnson is potential. Ben Davies is PL quality. But the rest are Championship quality, with one or two lucky enough to be with PL teams (like Ward and Neco Williams).

This is literally top of the PL versus mid-Championship.

I think he’s just done to be honest. Certainly with international football at any rate.

You can’t not play games for 18 months and then expect to play at a high standard.

I find his career odd to summarise, outstanding at times, he’s got 5 champions league medals I think but the last 4 or 5 years he’s not played a lot of football, it’s a terrible shame because when he’s been flying he was a magnificent player.
