Morsy struggling 22:12 - Feb 4 with 1422 viewskizaitfc

I have noticed the past 3 or 4 games Morsy does not seem himself, playing a lot of long balls, not driving at players and giving cheap balls away. Hopefully just a blip and he gets back to normal.

In general the long diagonal balls really frustrated me today felt like we had Big Mick back

Poll: Mick in or out? (not a dig at Mick just want to see the overall opinion on here)

He's played virtually every game, he needs rest, starting at Burnley!

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Ask Matt Holland about playing every game.

Unless there is an injury, there is no reason why Morsy should need a rest.

I appreciate he's captain but some rest would do him good, we want him fresh for Wednesday

Along with the rest of the squad today, plus the manager. Everyone struggled today apart from Ladapo and possibly Walton.

Too many players are too often performing well below their best. Chaplin is our top scorer and seems to blow hot and cold. I’m sure Burns and Evans know they can do
much better than they are right now. And our defence!?!?! Jesus, it needs the manager to decide on his best back line and get them doing the right things.

I agree with the poster who said Morsy needs a rest. He’s not been his best for a few weeks but often he needs those around him to step up too and lessen his workload.
