Any other Ted Lasso fans about? 21:30 - May 10 with 1998 views | Keno | Do you think Richard Keogh is our facking Roy facking Kent? Just watched this weeks episode, which I thought was excellent and the press conference brilliant [Post edited 10 May 2023 22:27]

Any other Ted Lasso fans about? on 22:23 - May 10 with 1920 views | mutters | It's an excellent series, I came to it late with Season 2 already aired. Have looked forward to every new episode, it's on my Wednesday to do list. Some cheesy moments but the good vibes the shows consistently gives out allows them to get away with it. Press conference today was top notch agreed

Any other Ted Lasso fans about? on 07:50 - May 11 with 1763 views | dirtyboy | Bit cheesy, but scattered with plenty of feel good stuff and serious moments too, quite an unusual show but really enjoying it. Have been using some quotes/snippets with my kids when coaching, waiting to see if any pick up on it…working on the ‘tache
Any other Ted Lasso fans about? on 08:01 - May 11 with 1741 views | Metal_Hacker | Yeah was a good one last night Really good episode - some say cheesy etc but it's "feel good TV" for the most Mrs Hacker has no interest in football (she's from Rotherham which explains) but she loves the programme Roy Kent last night was brilliant

Mrs Dollers is the same. I don't think the second series is as good as the first, but it's still watchable. EDIT: I mean 3rd. But yeah, first is still best by some way. [Post edited 11 May 2023 17:37]

Any other Ted Lasso fans about? on 13:02 - May 11 with 1510 views | itfc48 | It's a show full of excellent characters and plot lines. Roy Kent is one of my favourite characters in any TV series ever. It's also nice how the show has given a massive platform to the likes of Brett Goldstein and Hannah Waddingham who are talented people who've been working hard for years.

Yeah this, plus it's lost the jeopardy that the first series had. I still like and watch it, but the whole point was him being an American football coach who doesn't understand soccer, managing a top English team will be a disaster, and hilarity ensues (and he's a great, positive character who, it turns out, warms/charms everyone's hearts). They're giving a decent fist of it, but there's nowhere much else to go after that.

Isn't Roy Kent essentially Roy Keane. Enjoyed the earlier series haven't started this one yet

It is worth sticking with, some genuinely funny, some genuinely heart warming and some genuinely funny heart warming moments
