Their fans aren’t happy and rightly so imo.

£6.50 a month or £5 per game for something that has been free for years (apart from the licence fee yeah yeah), why not still offer both ffs.

Sadly, I think you're right. No idea when that contract is up though....maybe Ashton is tapping up Brenner now ready for when it does.

It would be a huge shame. I think of the Town fans who can't / don't necessarily get to games but enjoy listening on the radio. My nan god rest her soul would regularly tune in to town games on the wireless on a Saturday afternoon. It's a gateway into and link to the club for many people that would be shortsighted to cut off.

I can't see how the financial reward would outweigh the negative sentiment personally, and would somewhat go against the clubs community related intentions.
