That is sad. Seemed to have a bit of a tortured existence away from the screen and I kind of expected him to depart ahead of time, not that I'm speculating how he passed.
I did have a bit of a guilty Friends pleasure in the 90s and the Chandler character was certainly a highlight.

No cause yet reported on the BBC but they did say he was found dead in his hot tub after his personal assistant called the police (police, not ambulance ?) Has spent over nine million dollars over recent years trying to recover from alcohol addiction apparently, shades of Jim Morrison's death. |  |
