Invasion of the body snatchers with its planet of the apes level ending/twist always haunting and there was a film I loved him in although can’t remember the name when he played an Irishman working for the nazis ?

One of my favourite actors, just watched him in an episode of 60’s Brit cop show Gideon’s Way. The Avengers, The Saint, he paid his dues coming up. Kelly’s Hero’s!! Loved his role in JFK, and ‘Don’t Look Now’ is right up there, think I last saw him as Rothchild.

Yea, he was so good in that, I thought he was Irish, but did really good accents in everything else. Funny what gets stuck in your head when a youngster.
It’s only now I leaned he was a Canadian.

Cheers mate it was this....Oddly and maybe shows his class,I have seen the film many times (a long time ago) and I thought his bits ...the romance part was a different film.
