The reality is if we want the players who are going to make us competitive, then we're going to have competition. Hopefully we will get the Delap signing over the line either today or tomorrow. Then Greaves and Philogene next week.
We're still 5 weeks away from the start of the season. I'm sure our next targets will be two GKs, a central midfielder and another striker. But we might have to be patient as often players don't become available until later in the window. We will also no doubt be looking to take advantage of the loan market again.
