I’m not sure we were all over the place - just that we poked a bear and it roared! They were absolutely sensational in that little spell - way better and more controlled than Liverpool, imo.

Which is strange after Kieran’s post-Liverpool comments talking about how that’s exactly what we can’t do against these sides. Seems like that message didn’t get through. Although I imagine it’s hard to change the mindset that served us so well in L1 and the Championship. |  |

Not gonna get mad about it. Scored a goal at the Etihad after the journey we've had - the players are gonna feel that emotion for sure in these first few games. A valuable first two games. |  |
