Ramsdale's kicking yesterday 08:52 - Sep 22 with 1290 views | Dubtractor | Having seen him yesterday, you can see exactly why Arteta wanted to upgrade at Arsenal. He looks a horrible fit for how Southampton want to play, giving the ball away with relatively simple passes a number of times. Clearly an excellent shot stopper though. Conversely, Muric is looking a better keeper for us with each passing week.

Ramsdale's kicking yesterday on 09:04 - Sep 22 with 1190 views | gringoblue | Yes! His distribution was really poor. Looked like 50 / 50 at best with the longer passes. That was also never a foul by cajuste at start (or if it was then it was also a foul on delap before archer hit the post).
Ramsdale's kicking yesterday on 09:12 - Sep 22 with 1150 views | EastTownBlue | On yesterday’s evidence the surprising thing is that Arsenal wanted him in the first place. That could have been an aspect of his game that they didn’t focus too much on before signing him.

Ramsdale's kicking yesterday on 10:13 - Sep 22 with 965 views | TractorWood | Ramsdale came across as a bit of an enigma yesterday. Some great moments and some real head scratchers too. I think he's just caught between being a really solid keeper but trying to be this dynamic quarterback all the top managers insist on.

Ramsdale's kicking yesterday on 12:35 - Sep 22 with 795 views | RobTheMonk | Great shot stopper, always has been, but wow his kicking was borderline amateurish at times. Muric has really impressed me since the City game. He's such an imposing figure - as good as Hladky was, he didn't like to claim a cross.

Agree with that, Muric comes and just takes crosses making them look innocuous at times when a lesser 'keeper would turn it into a dangerous moment. Helps he's such a unit too, not likely to be outmuscled or knocked out of position.
