Unbelievable looking back and what were Middlesbrough thinking. What an unbelievable captain he is. It I've got to say despite his age he really has improved his game as well which is testament to him and probably also to McKenna.
He just looks like a Premier League player now. His passing and his body movement is very good. I was concerned his pace might cause him issues at this level but he's done really well. |  |

Captain fantastic. I thought he'd be serving a ban by now, once again he's playing immensely well on the edge. The ban will come sooner or later but hopefully he'll manage to hold on until Philips is back to full fitness.

As a neutral who didn't know the difference careers
If you watched morsy today and casemiro. You'd be shocked at which one played for Madrid only a few years ago.
Sometimes I think we see a leggy morsy performance so it'll be important to get phillips ready to rotate but when morsy is on it he's superb |  |

My mate said to me the other day that Morsy is one of those players that could play in L1 or play for Real Madrid, and play the exact same game. A solid 8/10 (at least) every week no matter who he plays for, and what level. | |
