If we assume 35+ points will be needed to survive, which teams do we think could still be dragged into a relegation battle?
Before the Xmas fixtures it looked like 3 from Soton, Leicester, Ipswich, Wolves, Everton and Palace. That's probably still the case, but have the festive fixtures changed the outlook?
Man Utd are looking really poor after their new manager bounce and West Ham only have 2 half-fit strikers in Fullkrug and Ings, but all teams above that only need a maximum of 4 more wins to ensure survival.

Regardless of how great the other night was, still bottom 3 for me unless Wolves implode again or Everton sack Dyche in January and get in spectacularly wrong. Palace I am told are spending big in next window. | | | |

Only Wolves for me can be dragged back in to the bottom 3.
Southampton are gone, so between Leicester, Wolves and ourselves for the other 2.
I think Everton and Crystal Palace will have to much and will survive quite comfortably. |  |

On recent form, both Southampton & Leicester look to be on a clear downward trajectory to relegation.
On the same basis, the 3rd relegation spot is a close call between us, Wolves, Everton and ManU.
A lot will depend on transfers in & out during the transfer window. I'm confident that we'll have a better second half of the season, but which of the others listed can be confident of the same? Wolves clearly have discipline issues, and ManU remain a basket case. Everton will mostly grind out draws - will this be enough? | | | |

Wolves will escape, Palace and Everton too strong.
