Shame they don’t do the same up there, seem to treat them like royalty compared to us. I was surprised there were no police to be seen at the train station and beyond at 7:40am though like usual. I did go back to the pub rather than to the station straight after the game though.

In the distant past us Town supporters could not leave the ground until the away supporters had been escorted off the premises.

Sort of happened naturally yesterday anyway. Norwich fans couldn't wait to get out, and by the time our squad had left the pitch they were probably passing through Diss.

The difference in policing for the home/away game is laughable. We don't even officially have the townhouse (or whatever it's called) as a pub do we! [Post edited 6 Oct 10:14]

Does he not realise that all he's doing is metaphorically and very publicly showing his pain at having a very small and oddly shaped one?

They have a pub and direct route to the station, whereas we were made to walk a bloody long way round and wait for trains meaning we got away later. Up there, we aren't given a pub and have to go to the train station even if you don't want to.
