Probably because he was defending in the previous phase. Half the time the cameras panned into their box he was there. Given the stick he’s got recently for not getting forward, today looks like a vast improvement. He’s not affected the game, but it’s baby steps. I’m old enough to remember when people were writing Wes off. | |
