There's lots of detail behind this, including tracking player contracts to estimate amortization (back to 24/25 contracts), wage bill estimated from accounts (note that only player and manager wages count towards SCR costs, so you need to take out director and other staff costs that are in the accounts, plus contributions/pensions which are in the accounts - I'm assuming that last accounts player/manager wages at circa 60M).
Revenue is tough, but should increase by a fair margin based on growth over the past 4 years, A spread of £195M-200M shouldn't be unreasonable.
Based on this, we are within the SCR Green band right now, at ~75%, and way below the +30% allowed initial (although every bit we go over 85% will limit costs in subsequent years until balanced - however, we'd expect to be selling players for good sums by next summer).

So, let's work this out. Our income in 2024-25 was £155m.
Revenue in the PL is up 9% since then (per Deloitte), so we might be projected to make a little more than that (a 9% rise would take us to £168.96m)
We will have made modest book profits on Hirst (£5.75m, Clarke £3m, Muric £1.5m). Apparently you book your profits over 3 years now, so that would put another £3.4m in the kitty. So £172.36m
From disclosed and estimated fees and contract lengths, estimate is that with Palacios we will be booking about £70m in transfer fees this season (not just this season's transfer business, but also continuing booking segments of transfer fees we paid in the last 2 seasons). So those fees would be occupying around 40-41% of our revenue.
The green threshold is 85% of revenue, so under our previous revenue we'd have approximately £75.8m left of headroom from there for squad wages, manager wages, manager release fee, loan fees.
The red threshold is 115% of revenue, so that would be another £51,7m, but you get fines for spending that (and would need to cut back next season, especially if it gets above 100%).
Hard to know what our player+manager wage costs are. All the official accounts (like these: https://www.deloitte.com/uk/en that clubs submit are for their total salary cost, so hard to know what they're spending just on playing staff. Our total salary (all employees) cost last time was £77m, the next smallest was Southampton £118m, the smallest wage bill to stay up was Brentford's £131m.
All the estimates for player wages are much smaller but are just based on estimates and feel too low ( https://www.planetfootball.com ). I find it hard to believe that non-player employees occupied nearly half the club's wage costs in 2024-25.

You book your profit / loss on disposal.
I reckon for this season / financial year:
Revenue: £180m
Player Wages & NI: £90m - £95m (£77m last time but that included non playing staff. Lets say it was £65m for players, and will be in the region of 50% higher this time).
Amortisation of transfer fees: £60m (in the region of £240m - £270m of signings in our squad by my maths, on 4 - 5 year deals).
Profit / Loss of disposals: Lets say in the region of £15m profit, largely from Hirst, Mehmeti, Clarke. Maybe Taylor too. I'm working on the assumption these profits will broadly cover agent fees (which were £11.7m last time).
c. £150m squad cost (per SCR rules) on £180m of Revenue = 83% SCR. [Post edited 27 Aug 14:57]
