Sad story. Presumably after the video that is all over Twitter ended, the Tiger stops playing with the guy and actually mauls him.
Can only assume it’s a mental health crisis as that’s quite often the case when people go into animal exhibits in zoos. Went down a rabbit hole about that exact thing once for a few hours and was grossly fascinated by the thought process. Poor bloke.
The tiger was unharmed is the only positive. I won’t share the video seeing as the fella has died. RIP |  |

Just saw the video, I really don’t understand why someone would get their phone out when something like that happens. Would be the last thing on my mind. |
Agreed. On one hand, it’s perhaps useful for the family, zoo and police to have exact documented film of what has gone on. But to then decide to send that elsewhere allow it to be all over the internet within a couple of hours of the incident taking place.. terrible. [Post edited 10 Oct 20:39]

Not a go at you but I genuinely don't understand why people want to watch something like that. See also : all those beheading videos a few years back and the forthcoming televised execution in the US.
I've seen people die in all sorts if circumstances, it's an unavoidable aspect of my job after all but I wouldn't seek it out for entertainment, diversion or curiosity. [Post edited 11 Oct 0:33]
