A good friend of mine posted a picture of a gammon steak and salad (which doesn't really sound too offensive) The problem was when I read the caption say "Hunters Bacon- Gammon, BBQ Sauce, Cheese - job done"

For lunch I'm preparing a finely chopped (no seeds!) cucumber, feta, spring onion, green olive & cherry tomato salad. Lightly sauted a big bag of spinach in garlic & butter to go with some Quinoa.

I was always under that impression too. You've got to remove all the watery seed nonsense in the middle first. Then dice it small. The spring onions, feta & cherry toms cut through the cucumber quite nicely. | | | |
