Funny ol' place really.

Apparently the locals dislike Marmite, dismissing it as "That modern muck".

Preferring instead to chew on a stick or something, which I understand is seen as a local delicacy.

I started a new job a few months back working in the sewer industry, mainly jetting and cleaning etc.

It’s a sh!t job but someone’s got to do it!

All joking aside it’s something totally different to what I’ve done before and I’m really enjoying it.

Where you working?

As a local, I can afford you some advice.

If you fancy some good food, Chinnys Sports Bar does good tucker, as does Hideout Cafe.

Decent breakfast in Chinnys.

Decent food all round, had the “Christmas burger” on Saturday, delicious.

Also stock a good amount of darts accessories at reasonable prices (a little off topic I know)

Good for you, must be nice to be out and about in different places rather than stuck in the same office all day!

Thanks, I doubt we will be there long enough to sample the delights that Halesworth has to offer, usually I just pick up a meal deal from the local shop wherever we are.

Only at the sewage treatment works anyway, and the only thing there will be secondhand sweetcorn...

Yes definitely, think that’s was I like most, being out and about and seeing different places. Can be anywhere inbetween and including Lincoln and London day by day!
