That first 45 is as good as anything I've seen from us in a while, exactly what we've been asking for. Energy, closing opponents down, passing the ball and actually some good movement.
Second half drop of was kind of understandable, although I do think we are a much worse footballing team when Skuse/Downes are on the pitch together. I know he has his fans but I really do think Skuse should be a squad player only for us.
Brilliant 3rd goal and good to get all 3 strikers on the score sheet, hopefully they can kick on with some confidence for now. Also a special mention to Judge who looked a lot more like the player we thought we had. |  |
