Ipswich 33/1 (ew 1/5 top 3) - seems big 16:02 - Feb 18 with 1752 viewsyorkshire

Based on the weekend's game - and the fact that we may have Kane V-Y back soon then I think that is a pretty good price

Squad is more than capable of going on a decent run - if Keane, Jackson and Norwood can find the back of the net with a bit more regularity then I think we aren't a bad bet

I appreciate results before that haven't gone our way but we have a chunk of home games now and if we keep playing like that we will win the majority of them

That does indeed seem long. Is that a general price across the board?

We are potentially 8 points behind Rotherham and 11 behind Coventry. No chance of making that up on both of them. So it becomes an ew hope and then surely there is a bet on top 3 instead.

Anyway I'm glad I no longer gamble

No chance? I disagree with that.

Well done on giving up gambling btw.

About 10 years ago now. I wouldn't be here otherwise

We will not finish top, not a chance. There is more chance of norwich staying up

Look where we are, with others having games in hand on us....

Looking at the numbers - for an 85% chance of getting in the top 2 we need 29 points from last 12 games (9 wins, 2 draws, 1 defeat)

For an 85% chance of the tile it is 33 points - (11 wins, 1 loss)

For approx 80% chance of top 3 it is 26 points (8 wins, 2 draws, 2 defeats/7 wins 5 draws)

None of them look that likely for me, we've screwed it up really and just have to hope we can make the play offs.

Fleetwood are 1 point behind with 2 games in hand, the only team above us we have a game in hand on is Peterborough who are 3 points ahead with a vastky better goal difference.

We are effectively 8th in the table, and 5 of the other 7 teams have 1 or 2 games in hand on us - top 3 from here is a massive ask. Win the next 3 and see how results go elsewhere and it will look better

It's unlikely for sure but still long odds, relatively. I agree it's not a great standalone bet :)

The fact we’re essentially in a worse spot than Fleetwood tells you all need to know about Lambert’s managerial skills.

Seems a very poor bet to me.

Truly impaired.
