It is no longer a huge game in my opinion.
We are 5 points off 6th place with 10 games left. Even if we could magic up promotion form for those, that would be 20 points. That means we need Oxford, Fleetwood and Portsmouth to all get fewer than 14, 15 and 16 points respectively from their 10, 10 and 12 games. For every extra point they get, we need to do a point better than top of the table form. Our current form is so far short of it, we would need a miraculous turnaround to get the points we need. AND that is to ONLY reach the play-offs! |  |

Every game is a “ must win”, or “ huge game”. The problem is the players simply do not respond 9n a positive way. We are brittle mentally, so if we go a goal behind, the game is as good as over , especially at home. Tuesdays gave v Fleetwood will be no different. Believe me they will c9me here with every intention and turning the screw on us. We haven’t got what it takes to deal with that so called pressure. |  |
