trying to find someone to replace Magical Vegas. Anyone who looks into it is going to see that we struggled to attract a premium paying sponsor for ages so our owner did it, then when MG took over our fans slated them incessantly until they agreed to make the logo less noticeable and then eventually they just gave up and gifted it away. Hardly an attractive proposition especially in this climate.
Maybe get AB InBev to sponsor us with Corona Extra on the shirt. Photos of Town would appear on every TV station, newspaper, magazine in the world, loads of extra cash

Which bit isn't correct?
The bit where you asserted that Magical Vegas were an acceptable sponsor to a club with Ipswich Town's history and traditions. Time to go and have a good look at yourself in the mirror.

Once upon a time having any sponsor at all would have failed those tests. Likewise having names on shirts and squad numbers. Times changed and youncant really play that card when you are in a league sponsored by a gambling company and almost every team were sponsored by a gambling company.

Such abysmal lack of resolve and lack of any moral fibre is why we have the inroads that unfettered gambling had made into inroads into a sport that once had no more than a Golden Goal ticket for purchase on a Saturday afternoon and the pools. It didn't start in Britain either, the peculiar appearance of unfamiliar names on the front of shirts of Spanish and German teams was the start of an insidious creep into other nations TV screens through the UEFA cup. Organised crime and money laundering behind these cash rich companies knew what is was doing and found a weak spot in the Blair administration to push on into the United Kingdom so as to suck money out of the state and weaken our economy, not to mention the untold misery that gamblers inflict upon family and friends through unpaid debts, children having to go without things that other children take for granted and spouses having their dreams crushed. As I said - time for you and anyone else spouting your views to go and take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror.

Spouting my views? Bit odd that
For the record I am a compulsive gambler that had a very hard fight back from the brink thanks to GA. I am very anti gambling and would like all forms of gambling advertising to be banned, I block it where I can so it can't be seen.
I also accept the things that I cannot change and football gambling sponsorship is one of those things
