Has woolfenden overreacted a bit with deleting all the photos etc? At the end of the day it’s a pre-season game and whilst yes he might not agree with the comments, surely a knock on PL’s door and a quiet chat would resolve things far quicker than winding up the fan base?
Appreciate from other threads that there might be more to the story. Just can’t help feeling an older pro wouldn’t have reacted that way.

It's difficult to know what to read into this as now i'm reading he has also removed his Swindon pictures . Time will tell i suppose but we all can see that Wolf has plenty of ability but does need to keep producing and improving. His on the pitch performances in pre season have been below what we know he is capable of . |  | | |

My reading of it (reading between the lines, so might be wrong) is he was told to be careful what he posts on social media after the question mark meme, so he got in a strop and deleted EVERYTHING itfc related out of spite.
Seems a bit childish, frankly, but then we have to remember he is only 21. We were all a bit daft at that age.
I know people will say I'm supporting Lambert here but I really don't see why some think he comes out of this worse. He's laid down a couple of challenges to young players, as lots of managers do, and it's up to them how they respond. Putting the other talk of unrest to one side, this bit of the story seems very minor to me. |  |

Yeah, very similar to what I heard. Was given a little talking to regarding what he posts on social media, and rightly so, you cannot undermine the managers authority.
He had a little sulk and deleted all things ITFC off his socials, I personally think to spark a reaction from fans, which is what happened.
I have heard though that there is no issue there however anymore, all settled and sorted, and as you rightly say, it’s very easy to forget he’s still only 21.
