Has had a good first period of the season, silly foul v Doncaster, never a penalty yesterday.

Titus could take it from our defence through to their box, was a decent footballer, and made less mistakes.

Although coaching from someone with the same limitations and no coaching qualifications or experience probably is not wise.
Toto needs to accept he has not got any pace. He has other very good attributes that make him a footballer at the level at which he plays.
What he really needs is coaching in how to be very good without relying on pace. Maybe whoever was most effective at coaching players like McAuley and Delaney would be more wise. However, they may well be coaching at a higher level or retired by now. |  |

That depends. I accept there is a point at which someone is only going to go backwards but, if he has not had top level coaching, that should be able to improve someone willing to learn whatever their age. At the end of the day, we are unlikely to be able to provide coaching at the level above he has already received unless we get promoted and change the coaching staff. | |

Yep, he is not up to this level at all
Grappling at players is always going to give away foul. The Doncaster player just waited until he was in the box before taking a tumble. But if Nsiala had not held hold of him, as yesterday, he would not have gone down.
Lambert inherited him, as with Nolan and until they (and others) are gone I suspect promotion will be a hard task. | | | |

Think Toto was unlucky to have a penalty awarded against him but really we should have been aware of young Johnson@s willingness to go down easily. That was the fourth penalty he has 'won' this season.

Toto is a nice enough chap and an excellent pub team player. He is big and strong and slow. He clears the ball in the traditional Centre Half manner but when he has to think there is danger. Like Donacien, his last ditch cover is because he lets players get the wrong side of him. A player of his maturity should no be looking to build confidence, he is an experienced player. The only thing he has on Wilson is his physique and that can be a liability because he is not cute enough to use it subtly. We are not using our two best Centre Halves properly ( or at all ). I'm assuming the Wolf will be brought in for the next game and Toto will be playing up front.Sigh. |  | | |

Toto is better on the ball than Wilson, who takes few risks & generally plays an often poor back pass to Holy or lumps the ball upfield. Toto is a better player & reasonably comfortable on the ball, but makes more obvious errors & is prone to getting turned by nippy forwards & his immediate reaction is to try to foul them. Outside the box, that's probably sensible, but he needs to be more savvy in his own penalty area. | |

They both fall short in terms of technical ability of Woolfenden and McGuiness though.
And the good thing about them is firstly, they will be flanked by vast expirience, and secondly, although young in age, neither will be bullied at this level I don't think. | |
