Without a board, a CEO, a footballing director, and critically the erosion of community outreach then yes the club's culture is broken.
But Marcus has funded him, he can coach decent football to lift the place, period. He has been unable to embed a winning style, despite some great talent. The buck stops with him.
As for sighting Mick, and how it went sour for him. It went sour for Mick because he played a low possession, reserved style, disconnected from our academy ethos, that once the results faded had no money in the bank.
