I think it’s best just to go straight in and bit it whilst side wards and hope it doesn’t squirt everywhere.

What I really like about this is that he’s clearly identified a problem, found a genuine solution and decided to share it with the world rather than keep such secrets to himself. A culinary inventor that people like me aspire to be. And a true showman with it too with such banter towards the end.
