There is a little place between Norwich and Diss just off the A140 called goodies that seels this amazing cheese called 'Black Bomber'. It is a very mature cheese, but it retains some creaminess that many of the extra mature cheddars in the supermarket seem to lose in place of extreme saltiness.



Well worth a visit to goodies' food hall if you're up that way.
