I'm 55 years old and wouldn't be seen dead in a football shirt. No disrespect to anyone who does wear one. Anyone else feel the same. Is it an age thing?

I would only wear one attending matches rather than out and about. I don't think less of anyone who does wear one in other places (unless you are abroad on holiday in which case you are a chav)

I wouldn't have one of the current ones because I'd be worried about people thinking I was an Ed Sheeran fan.
Imagine being knocked down and killed in one. They'd end up playing bloody 'Castle on the Hill' or some bland folk-pop nonsense at your funeral.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I would say on holiday is one of the few places that is it acceptable alongside
A at the match B at the pub watching the match C exercising.
Hope everyone is ready by chicoazul27 Sep 2021 8:06 …for the rolling blackouts, meat rationing, bins collected once a month, fuel shortages, price inflation, and materials shortages of the next 7 months.
Never mind petrol; start panic buying warm blankets.
Still at least Greta will be happy.
In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!

None in the shop at all & not taking any more pre-orders, so couldn't use my vouchers up on them!
Same here, although a member of staff said I could buy something else, keep it for 28 days, and then get an exchange when the shirts are available again. Which seems a rather arse-about-face way of doing things. Why can't they just keep taking pre-orders and then send the shirts out on a first come first served basis?
