Is this a new rule? I looked back at last season and the u21 teams that finished top in there groups all played away from home in round 2. Arsenal who won our group, West Ham and Man City included I believe. |  | | |

Peterborough played at Stamford Bridge a few years back in the KO stage, one of the first seasons the U21 teams were in, so it was an original rule so unless they’ve changed it to that since?? | |
