Through no fault of his own he is neither match fit or match sharp, any criticism thrown Pigotts way is clearly way off the mark, unfounded and down right harsh on him given the circumstance he is in, judge him after a run of 4,5,6 games which tbf to him he doesn't even look like he is going to get as things stand!!
I think the most accurate comment regarding his game tonight came from bugs that being the biggest thing he may have been guilty of was he was trying to hard and when he only has 90mins every so soften you cant even blame him for being over eager and trying as hard as he can to impress, this in turn brings out more mistakes unfortunately for JP. |  | | |
