Didn't play the 90 like someone low on confidence so once again I'm not sure about this take — wasn't the kind of position he's familiar with finding himself in, and in the event he found a nice pass to present a clear chance to Chaplin.

Nonsense.

Low on confidence, walks the ball through midfield and then plays the correct pass. He doesn't look low on confidence one bit.

I'd agree if he was a youngster but he's a very experienced player who has been that situation before and scored them. Do yeah whilst he had a good game imo he didn't didn't confidence in that moment which was a shame as he deserved a goal
