Amazing series. I remember watching through LoveFilm, which was basically NetFlix by post.
Always thought the ending was pretty obvious and I think Chase admitted it in an interview a few years ago. Thought it was an amazing way to finish and I don't think I have seen anything better.
My eldest and his girlfriend have just done the whole thing without knowing the ending. She was not happy.

Still my favourite ever TV show, and I did watch it week by week, season by season. Have rewatched favourite episodes many times over the years but rewatched from the beginning a couple of years ago with Ms Coastal who had never seen it.
Was nervous about how it would stand up, it was groundbreaking at the time and TV has moved on light years since but it was as amazing as I remembered and Ms C really appreciated it too and completely understood where my love for it came from.
Was supposed to be going to an audience with The Sopranos, was delayed twice due to covid and now sadly cancelled, gutted doesn't cover it.

Yes it’s absolutely exceptional TV possibly the best ever TV series. I have no problem with the final ending other than I can’t hear that song without being reminded of it.
Have you watched Mad Men? It runs Sopranos close in brilliance and has some directors and producers in common.

There were some really strong female roles in it which was unusual for the time. His Mother had to be one of the strongest, and nastiest characters.
