Any recommendations? Been looking through the usual suspects like Wayfair, Habitat, John Lewis (crazy expensive). I'm thinking maybe NOT one of those adjustable height ones, as that bit always seems to break eventually. And perhaps something that could also be utilised as a dining chair when the need arises.
I'd also prefer something without arms. I like to sit cross-legged occasionally, which EVERYONE thinks is weird but it suits me.
I kinda like something like this, but Lady Dollers thinks they look a bit 90s;

Hmmm, not adjustable you say,….definitely go for one that fits under your desk, whilst cross legged. That would be my strong recommendation.

OMG, if the first time he reached for a drink, whilst cross-legged, he wobbled and fell off, due to it being insufficiently wide, and spilled his drink all over the floor, and Mrs Dollers then slipped and fell, and then we would have to suggest if an osteopath or chiropractor is best, and I would have felt silly for not considering this recommendation properly.

It sounds like a Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em sketch, that. But carpet, when a work desk chair... wooden floor if it creeps into the lounge as a dining chair. | |

I'm just trying to be helpful.
The fishing one could be useful if you ever get a gig connected to fishing though. You know to get into the mind of a fisherman, create the mood, give you some ideas.
If someone invents some kind of sweets intended for those inclined towards the high seas, only from the beach.
Maybe a lozenge type thing, strong flavoured; the type that makes mere landlubbers pull a funny face when they try them.
Dunno mate. I would suggest trying out a few in person before buying though.
