I presume he's run away from this in case people remind us that he's also had a fine for his criminal behaviour regarding covid restrictions as well.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Some may recall the bloated liar, on the steps of Downing Street in July 2019, telling us that there was an excellent care plan already in place, just waiting to be implemented.

Actually, there was no such plan, nor would one appear over the next 3 years.

To claim the intention to have one may be considered reckless but to blatantly lie, knowing that there was nothing in place pretty much sums up this thoroughly dishonest windbag.

Let's hope Parliament votes to remove his lifetime pass to Parliament. Lord Haw Jaw was strung up for less deceit.

Why are the right-wing media (BBC, Sun, Times, Mail) writing negative stories about Prime Minister Rishi, son of Indian immigrants, and husband to an Indian born wife?

It's baffling.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

I think that the inclusion of BBC in that list is a travesty.

I don't get it. He's just as bigoted, corrupt, incompetent and criminally inclined as his predecessor. What COULD it be about the Prime Minister, who is the son of Indian immigrants that they dislike?

Given that paranoid right wing idiots are also convinced that the Beeb is a biased lefty organisation, I'm inclined to believe that on the whole, it's probably fairly balanced.

The article that Badgers alluding to (he even posted a link) was from the BBC.
A hit-list of where Rishi was (allegedly) a hypocrite.

I'm left-wing so the BBC bias is right-wing.
I'm guessing you're right-wing, which for you means the BBC is left-wing.

I think the BBC are acutely aware of how the government can (and would like to) pull the plug. Hence, them toeing the line, so to speak.

Hopefully, that will change when this bunch of chancers, fraudsters and incompetents are booted out The BBC should be able to remain neutral, and if that means criticising Starmer, the libs, SNP so be it.

Most of the others are owned by those who think the 'lower orders' should know their place and be grateful for being allowed to toil for the betters.

The last three years show they know their audience - cap doffing, spineless toadies.

You don't have to agree but you're letting yourself down by resorting to insult.

I don’t know the bloke but I suspect Sunak believes in integrity, professionalism and accountability, but wishing for something is a very long way from doing anything about it.

The tories appear to be run by the ERG / right wing brigade. Sunak should have faced them down, but I suspect he’d never have got the nod if he’d indicated that he was going to do that or had the balls.

He comes across as a weak yes man utterly unsuited to the role of PM. The response to what has happened with the scandalous behaviour of tory MPs in and out of Parliament before and since he got the job has been lame. And that’s being kind to him.

He should have been in Parliament yesterday. Penny Mordaunt said ‘The integrity of our institutions matter’. She is right. Voting for this wasn’t difficult because politically there is nothing more important and every single MP should have done so. Abstaining or running away to hide as Sunak did is the same as voting against as far as I’m concerned. They clearly do not believe in democracy.

The intimidation and leverage put on the Committee was also a disgrace and those responsible including Sir Stick Insect should be held to account. If the weak man in no 10 thinks the stench will go away, he’s wrong.
