He was a poor loan signing insomuch that we relied on a kid with no experience playing out of position, in centre mid. I both enjoyed and hated watching him. He did some brilliant things which made you think he had a prem career but a mistake was never far away. |  |

Seems like I'm in a minority here but I quite liked him as a player. When you factor in it was his first experience of first team football anywhere,he was only 18,was playing in a truly dreadfull side etc I thought he showed some promise. Obviously wasn't what we needed at the time though! |  |
