Thing is, the ref suggested he saw it as he waved play on and spoke to him after the goal. How he saw it and didn't give at least a yellow is baffling. | |

Yeah I thought Burns was going for a deliberate obstruction to help give Williams a headstart on his run (not that he needed it). Still dirty retaliation from the Preston player though. Burns does seem to attract elbows. How many times has he been hit by an unpunished 'stray one' now ? |  | | |

Yeah same, they had two shots on target and scored twice, one was deflected and the other one had a slice of fortune with the ball pinging between players before ending up at the feet of their player 6 yards out. By contrast, Woodman made some very good saves to keep it respectable. | |
