Been with them since doing work experience there as a 15 year old! Never, ever, had an issue with them. But due to new employment I’ve had to open an account with my employer, and again, so far, no issues with them either. Would be interested to know just what issues people have had to be able to describe them as ‘useless’ |  |

It's taken four weeks so far to try to open an account. Waiting for various documents which were all promised much earlier so that I can use the App, which is quite important for an online account. After being fobbed off with excuses the final document arrived at last this morning only for me to discover that the whole system has crashed. My experience over the last four weeks therefore leads me to describe them as useless. I accept that this may not be long term customers' shared view, but I can only judge based upon my own experience. |  | |  |
