Good point xray, I've underestimated the buffer. They received 4500 and the stand should hold 7000, so a rough loss of 1000 seats? There can't be 2500 available in the lower (don't know if the 7000 includes boxes or what they collectively hold).
I'm not allowed to revise my estimate but if I could it would be to 27,960. | | | |
