We’ve been stitched up this season landing in a year with 3 such strong relegated PL clubs and not a basket case among them.
Playoffs has looked most likely for a while when you look at the trajectory they’re all on. The chances of 1 dropping off is possible, but 2 feels highly unlikely. I think 2nd place will set a huge points target, I doubt 90 will be close to being enough, which in itself feels like an ask for us.
Either way a great season of course, and we’ll give anyone a game in the playoffs. |  | | |

Looks different again if Sunderland and Coventry win tomorrow.
Nodge have been annoyingly consistent though recently. That win at Hull was a real shot in the arm for them, and probably kept Wagner in a job as that really could've gone either way. They benefitted that night from one or two dubious decisions and have gone on from there.
Quite a lot of traffic in that chasing pack. Brizzle hitting form, Boro have games in hand if they can start to find some semblance of consistency. It's riveting stuff all round in this division, we just have a lot of emotional investment in it to relax and enjoy it too much. | |
