It will be great to have better facilities, a proper gym, medical suites etc.
Architecturally, however, it's very big-box and uninspiring. I get it, they don't *need* to design something that's interesting design wise, not that this has to necessarily mean more expensive, but as architecture this is very underwhelming.
I know it's all subjective and that, but I am an architecture critic and teacher as a job, so see a LOT of renders of things like this. |  | | |
