The problem is we are the least likely club for anyone to join in the PL in reality. The likes of Brentwood/Bournemouth etc have shown to be ahead of us in that respect. For most current prem players they have never seen us in the premier league whereas Southampton/Leicester have much better recent history in that respect. I would be amazed if we got Phillips, that said Luton got Barkley so who knows, maybe Delap can have a word lol | | | |
