Totally agreed. Am excited about what is to come. Just hope the 'gelling' doesn't take too long. I really like that we have already acquired built-in relationships both among the West Brom boys and the Irish lads, as well as the international flair and competitiveness. |  | | |

Exciting times. I do think there are 'excuses' or rather reasons for slight caution. Big changes to the squad this season, more then any of us probably expected. It is going to take time. Hopefully not Paul Cook overhaul time but a bit of time. Really important we get some points ticking over while we get up to full speed. | |

The best thing for me about this window is there are still 2 days to go and we don’t have to panic sign anyone now.
