So we are 9 games into the season 21:37 - Oct 5 with 1515 viewsblueasfook

And the budgies already want Manning out. I said at the time he was crazy to go there and it was entirely predictable they'd be on his back after a few bad results.

Deluded budgies think they're a big championship club. Once the reality hits home that they're not, its new manager time and the cycle begins again.

Looked him up this afternoon, and was surprised to see he's currently without a club.

Given his apparent stock in the game, could there be something in his 'mutual consent' departure from Wednesday that is making it difficult for interested sides to do a deal?

Are you suggesting that Wednesday who aren't paying their players are continuing to pay Rohl?

Well, one of their former 'legends' looks like he's about to lose his job at Rangers. Surely this is a natural fit?

It may be that for legal reasons he’s been advised not to take another job in case it affects any action against Sheff Wed

Harsh for Manning, his next game is v Bristol City, why on earth did he leave them for Norwich.

They're a bigger club set up than the other is perhaps bottom line. Carrow Road probably accommodates more fans, has a greater tradition or pull and as before if a vacancy was there and you're doing tasks at somewhere as mundane as Bristol City it seems an opportunity worth going after.

Manning seems fortunate to still be in place at NCFC some hours after the victory today. Not sure what the directors there are waiting for, it's only going to deteriorate further so long as he's in place there and they're dropping points left and right.

I hope they're so dumb they just allow it to continue.

He might have left for personal reasons after what happened last season. Going home to his family might have had great appeal.

Manning's big problem is that the Budgies have lost all 5 home games this season. While they've been very effective away, no wonder the home fans are restive.
They didn't look a particularly poor side yesterday & we did struggle to play through their press, but eventually they tired & our quality off the bench told. They are also lacking a bit of quality in the final third, but that's a common problem at this level.
