That he’s addicted to Talk Norwich podcast, I have my own confession.

I’m addicted to Downton Abbey. After never watching a single second of it I now myself binge watching once the wife has gone to bed. Am I officially running the last lap of my life?

I saw a young lycra clad lady on a racing bike and my first thought was "I bet her hands are cold without any gloves on".

	It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

You are my missus. She’s recently discovered Downton Abbey too, and also has to watch it when I’m nowhere near. I can see the attraction of it as a gentle, wholesome switch off.

Went to a gig in London last weekend and that meant catching the last train home and not getting to bed unti 2am. This has ruined our entire week due to the need to catch up on sleep. Anything after 11 pm is just a no no these days
