My walking buddy is like that. No calculator required! Annoying really given how I struggled just to scrape an O’Level! Never mind, I’m fairly literate and have an excellent memory for useless information so that’ll have to do.

I’m actually ok at plenty of things (learnt to ski quickly and was decent), but i would love to have been a musician. Tried a few instruments and it was obvious I had no aptitude whatsoever. One of a long list of life’s disappointments.

Definitely better than your gran’s. There’s a not insignificant level of opinion at vapour towers that my mother in laws are better, but I’m certainly no lower than second.

Being brought up in lorries all of my childhood and travelling all over the country, I was able to recognise a make of lorry from any angle.I’m still not bad at it but I’m usually on foot now.

That and make lovely compost,also I am pretty good at taking cuttings of plants or bit and pieces from other peoples gardens and growing them on in mine.
