Such a ridiculous statement that gets regurgitated on here all the time. The current 3 goal keeps in the England squad have all played in the EFL. Players can start in a lower league and move up. Imagine no one sign Jamie Vardy because they tried lower league players before and it didn’t work. OP has said sign 11 Champ players, they sauggested one who was the league’s leading scorer.
