Radio2 reported earlier it's thought someone threw a disposable bbq over their fence into some bushes.
Assuming that's true and proven, assuming it was stupidity rather than malicious, are there are laws broken (apart from littering) ? Or is it just one of those things, treated as an accident? |  |
