Wes Burns scored for them today!

They lost. Russell Martin really is some manager.

Poll: Where will Town finish the season?

I feel sorry for Burns and Chaplin. That Leicester squad is mostly appalling and Russell Martin is a bad manager, reeks of our first 2 seasons in that horrible league with Lambert and Cook in charge.

I know it's only been 2 games but I'm worried for them, I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if they drop down to League 2 as this rate.

Whoever employs him as a football manager is seriously hypnotised at his interview ……can’t believe clubs keep falling for it .

Good goal too.

Leicester’s forum suggests Martin is not exactly popular at the moment.

He's a really poor fit for a league one team IMO.

His ultimate possession thing will just play into most league one team's strengths - just sit in a low block whilst Leicester pass it about, then hit them with a sucker punch from a break or set piece.

Seeing the highlights yesterday, along with much of the current discussion around Leicester, I'd be quite concerned.

Wes is far too good for League One, as is Chappers. Yet both have been attracted to a League One club, albeit one that arguably shouldn't be playing at that level.

Wes is 31, and yet has been given a three-year contract. Given that he's dropped down two divisions, you'd imagine the financial package is significant, something MA alluded to when discussing the transfer.

Both are model professionals and their commitment will never be in question. However, I do wonder whether these signings are indicative of the wider decision-making at the club, and whether they suggest that the bottom has not yet been reached.

He's a fraud. He's a poor fit for any club
