Striker Connor Wickham has been named in the England U19 squad for their friendly against Germany at Chesterfield on Tuesday 8th February (KO 7.30pm).

Wickham, who signed a new Town contract until 2013 last week, has previously won three U19 caps and made his U21 debut in November, also in a match against Germany.

England U19s: Lee Nicholls - Wigan Athletic, Jed Steer - Norwich City , James Hurst - West Bromwich Albion, Luke Garbutt - Everton, Jack Robinson - Liverpool, Kieran Kennedy - Manchester City, Tom Thorpe - Manchester United, George Taft - Leicester City, Conor Coady - Liverpool, Ryan Tunnicliffe - Manchester United, Jonjo Shelvey - Liverpool, Josh McEachran - Chelsea, Jordan Obita - Reading, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain - Southampton, Will Keane - Manchester United, Wilfried Zaha - Crystal Palace, Connor Wickham - Ipswich Town, Benik Afobe - Huddersfield Town (on loan from Arsenal).
