What a stupid idea! A 12.15 kick off all the way in Burnley!? How do they expect us to get there in time? F@#k you Sky Sports, you've ruined the game for the fans

As long as we aren't humiliated, I can't complain. We've been ignored by the broadcasters for so much of these last few years - justifiably at times - and only now Sky have presumably seen we might just be doing more than finishing in mid-table have they bothered to give us a second look.

From my point of view, it was a trip I was unlikely to be able to make anyway, so I'm glad it'll be on TV, but awkward one for the travelling fans though indeed.

We are not on Sky. Burnley are.

Given the sheer absurdity of their bias against us (Leicester 13 games, Leeds 11 games. QPR 9 games, average 4.5 games) they will probably pixelate our players for this one.

Nice to see us finally on TV, shame they've picked the furthest away game and made it an early kick off

This news has pleased the armchair fans, get down to Portman Road and support the team on Saturday, the ground should be full the Forest game is massive, raise the roof...

Itfc 500 Seen as the away attendance for ipswich fans to the north west has been 400 I dont think it will affect to much. If fans want to get theere they will. I for one am just delighted they are on the box and believe Burnley will be promoted by then so hopefully we could confirm playoff place in that game. UP THE BLUES

Pain in the bum for the many who have booked advance tickets on the train (the only affordable way to get to longdistance games). I always feared this one might move for TV - Leicester likely already to be up, so this could well be billed as Burnley's promotion match.

You could buy a Now TV box with a Sky Sports Day pass for £15: www.johnlewis.com/now-tv-hd-smart-tv-box-sports-bundle/p841187

If you already have a box, day passes are given away with some packs of Carling lager: www.carling.com/freenowtv/

Given our record over the years on Sky I hope we don't need anything from this game!

@KuqiCoup - couldn't have put it better myself. There's actually something rather sinister why SKY refuse to show us live, they had Leicester on 13 times as well last season. I imagine if we got promoted we'd also have the bare minimum of games they're contractually obliged to show.

Hopefully I'm wrong about this but I've got a feeling that this will all be about Burnley and their celebrations and we're just the team they're playing against.
Regards Leeds being shown 11 times is a disgrace, I don't care how 'big' a club they are or could be or have been, it's all about the here and now and quite frankly they certainly aren't any better than us!

I have seen Woking on TV more than town this season. How the whole televised game system is set up is a joke. Cameras are at every game anyway, so why can't they give the option to watch whatever game you want to watch. Guess that they only want the next generation of football fans to support a certain few teams by showing them more regularly.

Leeds are on sky more because they sponsored by skybet. Simples

Don't watch it on TV, lets make it a sell out and make sure we support the team play offs or not!!!

Do you think Sky will refund the £40 admin fee I have just had to pay the trainline for amending the outward journey! Sky...believe in better or believe in effing over true fans!!

Last away day of the season possibly! It'll be a very early start though!

TimmyH added 13:20 - Mar 28
@verfdog - Sky Bet are a Leeds based company they don't sponsor Leeds United, they sponsor the Football League (Championship, 1 and 2) - that's no reason to show Leeds 11 times! simples.
