Town’s Championship game at Brighton scheduled for Saturday 24th January is set to be postponed with the Seagulls progressing to round four of the FA Cup after winning 2-0 at Brentford this afternoon.

The Blues will join Albion in the fourth round if they defeat Southampton in tomorrow’s sell-out third round tie at St Mary’s.

Town will now visit the Amex Stadium on a midweek date yet to be set.

soapy added 17:32 - Jan 3 Last time I went to BHAFC for the evening match (1-1) it took me over 2 hours to get there. I live 12 miles away. I always dread an evening match at the Amex with that bloody park and ride. Ah well, might start my journey in a minute to ensure I get there on time! Any idea when the match will be played? COYB

ParisBlue added 17:44 - Jan 3 January is always a strange month because of the FA Cup. If we lose tomorrow we should try to arrange it for the following Tuesday. we've already 2 midweek games in Feb and March has some tough looking away games as it is. I really hope tomorrow is not a draw.
